How It Works
1. Create an Individualized Plan
Cookie cutter plans don't work. You need an individualized plan that is made out exactly for you! One that accounts for your schedule, goals, food preferences, and lifestyle.
2. Get to Work
Once we have a plan in place, it's time for you to get to work! All you have to do is follow the outline that is created specifically for you.
3. Let Me be Your Accountability Partner
Sometimes you'll deserve a pat on the back, and sometimes you'll need a kick in the ass...that's what I'm here for! As your accountability partner I'll be there for support, guidance, and to help ensure that you're doing what's needed for you to reach your goals.
4. Make Adjustments
Your individualized plan is dynamic and should be ever-changing. Your fitness journey isn't always linear and everyone hits plateaus from time to time. Whenever you find yourself in a plateau that means it's time to make adjustments to the training plan, diet, and/or cardio.
5. See Results
