Q: How do I change my email address and/or username?
A: Your username/login cannot be changed. However, your email address associated with your account can be changed at any time by sending an email from the contact page and asking me to update your account.
Q: What do I do if I can’t remember, or lost, my password?
A: You can reset your password at anytime by going to the login screen, and clicking the link at the bottom of the page that says “Forgot password?” or “Lost Password?”
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply use the contact page to email me and let me know that you’d like to cancel your membership. Upon cancelling your membership you will lose access to TrainWithXan.com and the private Facebook group, and will not be billed again. Please note that no refunds will be offered for previously completed payments.
Q: What if I don’t have Facebook?
A: You are not required to have a Facebook account. However, joining the private Facebook group allows you to interact with the Train With Xan community. This is an excellent place to start or join in conversations, post videos, get feedback, and it also acts as a support group for motivation and encouragement. So, while you do not have to join, you will most definitely get more out of your membership if you do.
Q: Is there an app for this?
A: Yes and no. Let me explain…
There isn’t a dedicated app that you download in the App Store, but you can add an app icon to your phone and access it from any device with an Internet connection. This allows you to access the videos and information anywhere you go.

Q: What if I missed a Daily Workout?
A: Almost all of the articles and videos live on the site forever. However, when I post daily workouts they are updated every day and only available until the next workout is available. I’d suggest checking out the site everyday so you don’t miss anything!
Q: Will you critique my diet/training?
A: If you would like for me to critique your diet/training, or create a custom plan for you I am available for 1-on-1 coaching and consultations. Please visit the services page to view all available options.
Q: Where do I go to ask questions?
A: If you have a question about anything on TrainWithXan.com or have a question that you would like answered in the Monthly Q&A please post it in the private Facebook group. Many members will have similar questions and this allows us to create a database that you can access anytime and also learn from other member’s questions.
Q: How often do new articles/videos get posted?
A: There isn’t an exact schedule of when new content gets added. I try to upload as regularly as possible. If you’re looking for shorter, daily updates be sure to follow me on Instagram…I post in my stories multiple times each day.
Q: Do your thoughts on training/nutrition ever change?
A: Absolutely! I try my best to keep an open mind and be a continuous learner. That means that as new scientific data becomes available I may change my thoughts.
Q: Can I download/save the videos?
A: Videos cannot be downloaded or saved. They can be streamed on any device with an Internet connection as long as your account is active and in good standing. That means you can take them with you wherever you and watch on your mobile device, tablet, or computer.
